Shipping Protection by Route

Already have protection from credit card. Not a fan of more fees/insurance. :-)

I ordered these for my husband for Christmas, and he absolutely loves them! He does a ton of night riding, and said they’re so bright and the battery lasts a long time. Jay from Ottalaus was so helpful and great to work with, best customer service I have had in a long time. There was an issue with shipping the product and he was on it right away, and went above and beyond to make sure the lights were here for me by Christmas time. Would 100% recommend buying from this store, and these lights!!

I love this light. Provides more than enough light. The beam cut off is great. No more pedestrians complaining when I ride by about the light blinding them. Quick release is awesome. The only downfall is the lack of shims for different handle bars. I use Jones H-Bars and the won't fit the top of the loop. I tried to order the proper shim but it would have cost me $42 CDN (shipping was half) for a small piece of plastic. I jimmy rigged it and it works but would be nice if it came with different shims.
