Hangover borrows its name from the famous trail in Sedona, AZ (not the dreaded “brew flu”).

Into it, we poured every ounce of our automotive optics knowledge, creating the most compact, helmet-mounted light anywhere.

But slim does not mean dim. Some serious late-night thinking went into the Hangover, with countless hours prototyping the perfect beam pattern for trail riding. The resulting optics fills your entire field of vision with light, not just a spot down the trail. So, you can avoid what you want to miss, and hit what you really want to shred.

Good for 90 minutes of strong output, with the ability to USB speed-charge on the go, and yet only 100grams.

Proudly and expertly made right here in Illinois, with the help of good coffee and homegrown talent.

They were great, I had a few questions and they gave me a phone call, that is not normal anymore. I would definitely buy more from them.

Very solid product

If you need a helmet light for mountain biking, this is the product for you. Powerfull, integrated battery. It's the second one I buy (for my wife this time). Thanks to Ottalaus for shipping the product super fast.

Outbound Hangover Helmet Light

This review is my first experience with both Outbound and Ottalaus. It has been a great experience thus far. Order was processed and shipped in a timely manner and their online order system was great. The Outbound Hangover light was simple and effective. It paired well with an existing handlebar light that I had. Beam pattern was sharp and effective . Used the adaptive mode for 2 nights of riding and the battery is still decently charged. Good product and good service from Ottalaus. Highly recommend both.

First impressions good.

Disclaimer, I'm Injured, so no long rides with it yet. However, it's brighter, lower profile and lighter than my previous l & M light, feels way better on the helmet.

Also, shout out to Jay who gave great service when I messed up my address!

Warning: Attracts jealous bikers

Purchased this for a 24 hour bike race in Canmore. I'd never biked at night before outside of Edmonton trails, so I wanted to get something that would be reliable and effective. Right out of the box, the light was easy to learn how to use and mount to my helmet. I paired it initially with a bar light, but quickly stopped using that as this light was more than sufficient to light the path. The adaptive lighting mode is genius; I hardly noticed any change in the beam strength until I returned back to camp. Had it running for more than 90 minutes without any issues. Would highly recommend for anyone considering a head lamp.
